Neil was so wonderful to work with. I had a terrible experience trying to buy a home. They had so many hidden fees that I was told to come to closing with close to $20k. After paying a lot on inspection, option and appraisal fees I had no choice but to cancel the contract. I was heartbroken and very weary of working with anyone. I inquired about a property for rent as my current lease was coming to an end and Neil sympathized with me and really made me feel better about everything. The process in whole was seamless and everything was done online (due to COVID19). He is very personable and a real person. Hes not in it to make a quick buck and then leave you homeless. I will definitely be reaching out to him to purchase my home after my lease.
