If you're looking for a realtor who is punctual, patient, knowledgeable and diligent call Marvene! We purchased a vacation home in Arnold with Marvene in December of 2021. She was great! She's outgoing, easy to talk to and makes you feel important. We were unsure of the area we wanted to be in and she was happy to show us, for several months, different areas. Alright, let me set this straight. Neil Carlson is a winner. He took me out to look at properties and within a day (thought it might be a little longer) he found THE PROPERTY. And it was stunning!!! The complications that can arise with the sale of property owned by multiple people are numerous. The thought that comes to mind is "herding cats." Neil was an awesome cat wrangler and worked well with our family. He was available by text and email, as well as working directly with those that weren't as tech savvy by using more traditional forms of communication. Neil was consistent and reliable with the multiple inevitable hiccups, both expected and unexpected. We all appreciated his willingness to work with us and make the transaction happen.
