Nefferteari did a great job helping us buy our lot. She jumped in and helped us communicate with a Sellers agent that was not timely or unresponsive. She also made sure that the contractual elements were met. We had to do several addendums due to the seller and the title company not being accurate with their paperwork. I was glad she was involved in our process as I am not sure it would have happened without her. Nefferteari always answered her phone and did exactly what she told us she would do. She understood the process and showed patience in a couple of instances where we were ready to throw in the towel due to the Seller, Seller agent and Title company unresponsiveness.
