I would highly recommend Nayna as your realtor. if you are looking for a realtor who is excellent at what she does, plus loyal and hard working. I was selling my home and I brought Nayna to see the property. she is not looking to make a quick buck. Nayna recommended some cosmetic and small repairs to make rather than listing at that time. Once the the fix-ups (cosmetic etc...) were made Nayna came back to list the property, the photographer that she uses took beautiful pics including aerial shots. Nayna made sure my house was listed at a comparable price. I really feel that with the fix-ups she recommended my home sold in 1 week at 55k above list price. Nayna also followed the sale thru by staying in contact with the other realtor and lawyers to make sure the sale was smooth sailing. I would give her a call if you want the best realtor to handle the biggest investment you may own, knowing she will always make you feel like you and your property are her #1 priority because to her they are!!
