Nate Gustus, team owner for The Gustus Group, Keller Williams Realty, is a Lafayette, IN Native! After graduating from Lafayette Jefferson High School, Nate attended Purdue University where he received his BS in Technology. With a degree in Construction Management, Nate accepted a position managing construction of new homes for a national builder in Indianapolis, IN. After working for several years Nate had a passion for real estate and obtained his Real Estate License as a way to begin buying investment properties. That path eventually developed into a full time sales and investment career in real estate! Nate is an experienced agent in negotiating and marketing residential, new home construction and investment real estate. He is an active real estate investor specializing in distressed properties and sorting the good 'deals' from the duds. Nate assists buyers in negotiating a fair price when purchasing your next home.
