About Nathan Torres
Nathan brings over 2 decades of Real Estate and Property Management experience with him to the already very talented Ennoble Realty Team. Starting at such a young age he has seen the peaks and valleys of the Real Estate market and how to navigate through them. Nathan has experience in just about every aspect of a Real Estate transaction coming from the south Orange County area and the Inland Empire. His strength is in his customer service and his ability to give our clients the reassurance that in what is often considered the most emotional purchase in someone's lifetime, that we are here to come along side you and ease those emotional stresses with our preparation, attention to detail and persistent follow up on our client's behalf. My brother and I recently sold a house with Nathan Torres with Ennoble Realty. Nathan was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, scheduling appointments, to negotiating with buyers. Nathan kept us apprised of all appointments and new developments during the selling process. My brother are I are seniors, we don't use technology like the younger generation, Nathan walked us through DocuSign challenges. He was very reliable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Nathan Torres as a real estate agent and would definitely use him again!!

I am so happy that I went with Nathan to sell my home. My sister had just sold her house with a terrible realtor and I did not know what to do when it came time for me to sell. I thought about trying to sell it myself and in retrospect, I would have been worried the whole time and would not have received the prospective buyers and the price that I did. Nathan is one of the best realtors we have ever had and really became apart of our family in the search for our home. Nathan worked day and night to find us our home and get us into escrow. He was there every step of the way and proactive to ensure we continued to move forward in the purchase of our home.
