My wife and I have used Nate on three different real estate transactions, and we like him but more importantly we trust him. When we first met Nate the housing market had not quite recovered from the 2008 crash. We wanted to sell a home and started interviewing agents. When we met Nate, we knew we had been blessed to meet someone who was honest, confident and professional. We signed with him and the next day the photographer took pictures that made that little, modest home look amazing. Long story short...Nate had us multiple offers above asking price in three days. He didnt mess around. He had great photos taken, wrote an amazing ad and then sold the home! The second home was another rental. It had the same tenants for 10 years and when they moved out the house needed a lot of loving care that I refused to put into it. I told Nate to sell it As Is. The same process occurred, and in less than 30 days he had a full price offer that closed. We never thought he would come close to a full price sell.
