About Nathan Stoker

My Team and I work very hard for our clients. We were voted Best of the Best Real Estate Agent for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022! We credit this to several things including taking pride in creating long lasting relationships with our clients. When I chose agents to be on my team, I wanted like minded individuals that shared the same values and beliefs as myself. I have always built great relationships with my clients and these relationships have blessed me with being able to help them and their families time after time. I wanted this to continue as my team grew. It is important to me that all of our clients receive the same amount of care and professionalism from my team members as they would from myself. Whether you work with myself (Nathan Stoker) or one of my other agents, Nathan Poteet, Tiffanie Shrader, Katie Quarles, or Sarah Bandy, know you are in good hands. Our utmost goal is to help our buyers and sellers make wise real estate decisions. In doing this we have to be honest, forthright, and sometimes point out negative things the buyer cannot see. This is all done to achieve the goal of making a wise real estate purchase and a wise real estate investment. We offer our clients the highest level of service by providing them an in-depth analysis of their needs, their wants and what is realistic for them. We offer personalized service and make ourselves available by call, text or email whenever you need us. We understand the importance of communication. Once we have completed the analysis we then provide our clients with ongoing research and information to give them the most options and choices available. We never rush our clients and we let them know from the beginning that this process may be quicker than they expected or take longer than they expected. Community Involvement

We have fed multiple families over the years with our Thanksgiving Meal Giveaways, and have donated truck loads of Toys during our Christmas Toy Drives.

Nathan and his team are amazing! They put up with me saying no to every house they showed me for a couple of years. But, they still never give up on me.
