ZillowVERIFIEDNathan went above and beyond while selling our mothers estate. I live 2-1/2 hours away so when I would ask Nathan for local references to make repairs prior to closing, he took care of everything for me. All I ever had to do was approve an estimate. Everything was completed by various contractors and the closing went on as scheduled. I had been taken advantage of once because I wasnt there to check on completed work. It was such a relief to have Nathan in our corner! One estimate was much higher than expected so he found another reputable contractor. He even called once on a weekend to ask about where the thermostat was set since there was a polar vortex happening. I couldnt remember so he just took time out of his day to drive to the house and check. What a relief! I have never had an experience with selling a home and working with a realtor be so exceptionally easy and pleasant. I highly, highly, highly recommend Nathan for your real estate needs! You will not be disappointed but very happy working with him!
