Let me start with how communicative and responsive Nathan is! We were browsing online and originally We were thinking of another realtor however we saw the house of our dreams, the other realtor wasnt being super responsive. So he said what the heck let's just see if we can schedule a tour, within 15 minutes at 9:00 p.m. at night on a Monday Nathan had called us and helped us set up a tour for the house. I personally have never purchased a home but from what everybody else has said it's a nightmare, this is the furthest thing from a nightmare, he has been amazing every step of the way he also has amazing referrals for inspectors and lenders.
