Nathan is the best realtor anyone would want him into selling or purchasing a home. First of all very professional, kind and cares. He works so hard, very respectful and responsible agent. The Nathan Guttman Team helped us buy our home in Easton, PA in 2012, and when it came time to sell it in 2019 they helped us with that too. During both times we dealt with them, they made us feel that we were their top priority. They were excellent both at searching for the best property for us to buy as well as aggressively marketing our property to sell. We sold our home in December. Now you might think this would be a challenging time to sell a home: not for this team! They held a well-attended Open House for us within a few days of listing the property. Almost every day after that there were potential buyers showing interest in the property. We had a full price offer and went into Contract after only seventeen days! They gave us very input about the listing price and how to stage the home. They took all the worry out of selling our home! We strongly recommend them!

Nathan and his team were all very knowledgeable, energetic, and understanding. They created a great marketing video that showed the best features of our house. Our house was fairly priced and on the market for >8 months before we found this team. After changing from our previous realtor and signing with Nathan and his team, our house sold and closed in <3 months.
