My husband and I had a bad experience with our previous realtor. She would never get back to us and would show us homes that didn't have the specifications that we preferred. With Nate, we had the opposite experience. He listened to all of our wants and needs and really made sure he incorporated them into the homes he showed us. We were very picky, but he was always very patient with us and never pushed us to buy. What I admired most about him was that he always gave us his honest opinion about a home, even if it wasn't in his best interest. Any other realtor would make certain aspects of a home sound better than what they truly are just to get a sale, and that is just not Nate's style which was very refreshing. We were always able to reach him during the day/evening which was impressive especially since he has a family. He works really hard for his clients and we wouldn't use any other realtor. Nate was helpful, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. Nate help me look for the house I wanted not the house he wanted to sell, he was helpful in finding a home and looking was very helpful when it came to closing. he helped me find someone for an inspection and a lawyer for the closing.
