Nate Nerem

Nate was born and raised in Boone, Iowa. After graduating from Waldorf College with a B.A. in business, he worked for Auto-Owners Insurance as a claims adjuster for five years. In 2006, he and his wife moved back to Boone looking to raise their family in a smaller-town environment closer to family. Nate joined his father's insurance and real estate agency as both an insurance agent and real estate broker associate. Since 2006 Nate has assisted countless people in selling their home and/or finding the home of their dreams. Because he always puts his client's needs first, he has had multiple years in which he has sold several million dollars worth of real estate. Nate is an involved community member. He is an active member of Sacred Heart Church, has assisted the Boone County historical society in fundraising activities and has coached both his son's in baseball, soccer, & flag football. He has also served as the President of Day Breakers Kiwanis Club, as President of the Boone/Story County I-Club, and the Young Professionals board. Nate greatly enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and watching football.
