About Nate Holler

My primary goal in this business is pretty simple...provide outstanding service, communication and guidance to create life-long relationships with those I work for. Whether it's a first-time home buyer who wants to be educated on the buying process or a seasoned investor looking at detailed stats, I aim to make each transaction as smooth as possible for that client. Up-sizing, downsizing, urban condo, luxury home, rural property, long-distance relocation...I've worked with buyers and sellers at all stages in the real estate life-cycle. My business is built on integrity, hard work and being able to navigate the difficult aspects of a transaction. You've got enough to worry about during buying or selling a place...I'll take care of the details. A little more about me --- I'm a huge Hawkeye fan, golf nut, rec sport lover, outdoorsy guy, craft beer geek and most importantly, husband & dad. Building a business and raising a family is challenging, but I have great support both at home and with our team of agents at Intrepid Real Estate. I launched Intrepid to be a small, boutique real estate company focused on high-end service rather than huge volume. My team and I believe in going the extra mile for each person we work with and are dedicated to serving their best interests above anything else..always. Nate was the first Realator I spoke to when trying to find someone to sell my mother's home. I felt comfortable with him right away. He was always on time, professional and yet very easy to talk to. My mother is 93 and at the time she didn't have hearing aids. He always included her. This home she had lived in for 60 years. Nate was sensitive to that fact when talking with my mother. He was very good at explaining things and letting me know what I needed to do. The house was sold on the third day on the market. I'm very glad I went with the first Realator I spoke to.
