Chris Stahl and eXp Realty KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK with walking my husband and I through buying a home in Newport News. From first contact he was great to work with. Some highlights included him being VERY communicative and being a huge advocate for what we needed. He did this in spades when we were having trouble getting the electric service setup in our new home switched to our name. After many, many phone calls from our end to the electric company with no questions answer, Chris dug in (while we were flying in from IL to close on a property) and was able to get the electric situation handled. So, HUGE thanks for him for these effort which really eased a great deal of stress on our end. His problem solving skills truly paid off! There were no questions left unanswered to include MANY contacts to care of some post-closing & pre-move in items wed like to have done. He has multiple contacts throughout the Newport News/Hampton areas to handle items such as painting, electrical, irrigation systems and much, much more.
