1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The first advice is to get pre-approved so we can see how much you would like to keep your payments at.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Maintain your home regularly. Paying your mortgage bi-weekly will put half of your payment towards the principle.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types of clients really, every person and their situation is unique.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had two retired ladies who was looking for a home and they where here for a few hours. They had driven over two hours to look for a home here, and agents they had talked to before had turned them away since they said they where looking and if they found something they would purchase cash. We found a town home in a gated community, with all amenities well within the price range they had asked for the same day. I am just glad they found this home and was ecstatic about moving in especially after losing everything. God is good all the time.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My husband joined the Army in Germany and our first duty station was Fort Bragg. Being a former military wife, I decided I wanted to help others. Looking around the area the first few weeks and by us having to wait on housing.... I started reading about the VA loan where it is a 100 percent loan for all veterans active duty or not... this program is for a veterans who have served our country!! I found this amazing!! As soon as I started calling around I had REALTORS contacting me from everywhere.... I found this super exciting!! We had our first home built form the ground up! From that moment I knew this what I wanted to do help all families and people that want to own there own home! Whether it was investments or New builds or existing homes I have become this agent to call for all your real estate and Nation wide needs.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am a Military Relocation Specialist, also my experience throughout my life with various builders, buyers and sellers, and travels, have helped me become more aware of changes in any situation we may have.
