Natalie was great and always available. However, the sellers agent should have known more about the seller. I had to rent two rolloffs just to get rid of his waste left behind. He also left hazardous waste that I still don't know how to get rid of it. Even with an inspection there are multiple water and electrical issues. Be cautious using him as a seller for your clients. Natalie gets a 100% and she had no way of knowing about these problems
