Oh, did I mention that she did all of this while I had moved out of state? ZillowVERIFIEDDoes not know real estate law very well and the home we were on the fence about had some major issues. Her attitude was how do I say? Very condescending when we asked a few questions. It was a turn off. She spouted some real estate law that was completely wrong. I work with developers and after one meeting we decided she would not be a good fit to buy ANY home from her. Seemed desperate to get our business yet her lack of the law or desperation to make the sale could have resulted in buyers remorse. For example she was showing a home close to a school but failed to acknowledge the issue with noise and traffic. We were shocked to see her on a public meeting berating homeowners that buyers who bought near schools was their fault. Very disrespectful. We made it clear, no park and no schools. We found another home and realtor.
