I wouldnt work with her again. I felt very pushed to the back of her responsibilities. A couple days before closing we did a walkthrough. It looked like they had been butchering animals in the kitchen, blood everywhere, in fridge. She said she would contact sellers realtor and have everything cleaned. She did not, place was trashed when I moved it, and it was really hard for me as a single mother to get everything move in ready. I had to ask my family to Help clean the house I just bought. Saw her a year later and she pretended like she didnt know me.
