She was highly referred by our niece and her husband. She was excellent. She made a few suggestions on paint and flooring, which we followed. She had a list of contractors and handymen to help with anything. We cleared the condo, flooring throughout was complete in 3 days followed by painting for 3 days. She had inspection and staging done as she took care of all the title prep and listing. She was amazing. We had offers during crazy 4th of July holiday. We had all cash offer well over asking and closed in 13 days. All this to support my Mom failing and us needing capital for her assisted living.

As first time home buyers, we found there certainly could be a steep learning curve before one could comfortably enter the market and perhaps this can be even further excasberated when one is trying to buy in competitive markets like the California Bay Area as we did. Andrea made this process so much easier as she was always very open and eager to pass on her knowledge on any aspect of the home buying process from factors such as finding the right lender for the market, to meeting others in the neighborhood and finding the right location, to the specifics on making offers and going through disclosures to allow for smooth and quick closings. She was also available through phone call at any time day or night or week or weekend when we called, and she always gave immediate updates on documents or information that came through regarding houses we were interested in. She was very understanding on listening to us and helping us find something that fit our needs.
