4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Finding the unicorn as my buyers described! After putting their search on hold for a year, they began a search covering a wide area between NC and SC. They were persistent and trusting and we viewed a lot of homes, eventually finding a home that was as perfect as could be for them. We had many appointments over the holidays and closed very shortly after the new year.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Relocation to North Carolina! My love for the climate, sunny days and the ocean; and my parents settled here, we vacationed in Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove since the 70’s, and my plan was always to retire here. I obtained my real estate license after a 20 career in Healthcare Administration / Marketing and Business Development.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Communication with your agent is so important. Being able to have open and honest conversation. Having an experienced, educated and thorough REALTOR who has your best interests at heart, knows the local market, strong negotiation skills and has strong values / ethics.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Marketing / advertising and digital presence is critical today. Our jobs as agents representing your property includes ensuring you have the best photos/ video/ aerial photos, walk through media and targeted advertising. Experience can be crucial as well as education and connection in this ever changing market.
