They did such an amazing job staging and selling our previous house and we were looking for a similarly good experience on this one. We got it! We worked with the listing team of Natalie Perez, Susan Kirn, and designer Michelle Cianfrani. Unlike our last move, within the DC area, this one was a bit more complicated. We were significantly downsizing from a 3-bedroom house to an apartment, moving out of state right before Christmas, and needed to sell our house in the middle of winter. Plus, we needed to close remotely because we were unable to travel back to Maryland for the sale. Not a problem for this team! From our first meeting in November, we had a plan that was executed with stunning efficiency. From giving advice about what type of work we should invest in to better prepare our house for sale, to the best online sites to sell and donate our stuff in preparation for the move, they were a source of calm wisdom. They are also super-responsive and replied almost immediately to most texts and emails. They are probably the most communicative real-estate agents Ive ever worked with!
