Natalie Was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us with a tough situation of selling my mother's home that we had to sell to care for her. She was dealing with 2- separate POA's and had a rough first experience at the initial walk as things were a little chaotic to say the least. Natalie handled the situation with class and professionalism and was very patient and helpful as we worked out some of the initial kinks. This process started in October of 2022 and finally closed in March of 2023. Natalie helped us with getting the current value of the home and identifying some items that could be improved to boost the sale price of the home. The market was not great when we started the process as the house next door had been sitting for 80+ days and we had some work to do so that we could fetch a decent price. We had a good Neighborhood and a hose with good bones that just need to be freshened up. Natalie helped us with some options for doing the refresh work that we got quotes from, but in the end it was a little to expensive so my family and network of friends raised some funds and donated our labor and time to freshen this home up and get it ready for the market. It was a lot of hard work, blood ,sweat, and tears to make all of this come together but once we had completed the work and Natalie walked the property again she was amazed at the transformation. She got to work immediately setting up a final clean, staging and getting new comps established. The market had actually had an upswing and the inventory was slim in the Lake Stevens area which worked out great for us. Natalie beautifully staged the home and got the home listed on a Friday and had a massive turn out over the weekend for her Open House's which opened up a bit of a bidding war which was again beneficial for us. Natalie stayed in touch through the showings and kept us posted on the interest level and offers that were coming in. She negotiated the deal wonderfully and was working with our best interest in mind as she was fully versed on our situation and what every dollar meant to our family. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home she is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and she is a a wonderful young lady as well. She worked well under our sticky pressure filled situation and kept a smile on her face and positive thoughts and suggestions flowing.
