Natalie is very organized and professional. When we were first looking to buy in the Treasure Valley we flew in and met with her. She drove us all around the area looking at different homes that fit in our criteria. But she did more than just show us houses, she told us about each area and was a great tour guide! And she knows all the best places to eat! I liked her so much I had her help my dad find a home too! Once again she was organized and thorough. She also helped him get repairs done before moving in! I've been a real estate broker in California and Arizona for many years. I had a long time friend in Boise who needed help finding a Realtor to sell his home. I flew up and we interviewed several agents. We chose Natalie to represent my friend for the sale. We could tell that Natalie was an experienced professional right away. Throughout the sale process she repeatedly went above and beyond what any ordinary Realtor would do. She was especially thorough in her duties as well as being kind and thoughtful. Despite the home backing to the interstate she was able to sell it in a timely fashion for a really fair price that was more than the appraised value. All this in a downturning market! Natalie brought her professional expertise to my home and got it sold at a difficult time in the market. She staged it at no extra cost to me. Moreover, she advised me on details of the game that few realtors would do. For example, she said when buying your next home NEVER sign a buyers agreement. Therefore, she helped me as a buyers agent as well. She knows the game & plays it with integrity. As if I was a close relative not just a client. I would, & will use her again when I sell & buy again if in the same area. I HIGHLY recommend. Straight up honest & efficient!

I can not Recommend Natalie enough... She has shepherded me through every step of multiple transactions and routinely goes above and beyond what I would expect a realtor to do. She is not just a realtor, she is a moving coordinator, an interior designer, a project manager, contractor, negotiator, mediator, and now after working with her over multiple years and multiple house purchases/sales she is a friend. She has taken on voluntarily everyone of these roles the fall outside of typical realtor. I have trusted her to move my household belongings while I was out of the country, she has made paint color decision on my house and sought and awarded bids for contractors on my house. After the the sales contract was inked on my new house she has spent hours helping think about design and working on updgrades for the new place. I would highly recommend Natalie if you want to be in good hands through what is a stressful time for anyone - buying or selling their home!
