Natalie is the Broker/Owner of Pink Realty Parker and Northern Colorado. With a passion to lead and serve, Natalie has led as the interim CEO for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS(R), served as the 2016 Chair for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS (R) and as a Board of Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS (R) and on various committees for the National Association of REALTORS(R). In 2019, she will serve as the vice chair for the National Association of REALTORS(R) Member Communications Committee. Her dedication to the progression of the industry has been recognized by receiving the Colorado Young Professional of the Year Award (2016), Colorado Association of REALTORS(R) Distinguished Service Award (2016), Fort Collins Board of REALTORS (R) Rookie of the Year Finalist (2012) and Young Professional of the Year (2014). Natalie is also a graduate of the 2015 Colorado REALTOR (R) Association Leadership Academy. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Baylor University. Having the philosophy of being a lifelong learner, she also received the National Association of REALTORS (R) designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist equipping her with the additional tools needed to help in fulfilling the needs of mature adults in the community. She also holds a designation as a Certified Negotiations Expert and also a proud member of the Women's Council of REALTORS(R) Mile High Network. Passions & Involvements Natalie is also a certified Art of Feminine Presence Instructor. The Art of Feminine Presence is a body of work that is ideal for women who want to be seen and heard with confidence, so they can ultimately STAND OUT from the crowd and make a positive difference they want to make...without having to "push" and struggle to be seen as their masculine energy. In addition to being an AFP Instructor, Natalie is currently a Ninja Selling Instructor in training for the Ninja Selling Sales System created by Larry Kendall. The Ninja Selling system is based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and helping them achieve their goals. It is less about selling and more about how to create value for people. Over the past 15 years we have worked with nearly a dozen different real estate agents, and Natalie by far stands out as the best. We have done multiple transactions with her, both as buyers and seller. In each case she has been responsive to our search criteria, provided excellent comps and has negotiated deals that consistently exceed our expectations. She is intuitive, efficient, knows the legal and ethical bounds of contracts, and is a highly skilled agent who expertly covers the details. Her skill has saved us tens of thousands of dollars and many hours of deliberation in deals. Let me just take this opportunity to say that if you decide to use a different realtor for your home buying/selling needs, you are a crazy person.Beyond Natalie's incredible understanding of real estate nuance and her unparalleled ability to truly comprehend her client's needs, her work ethic and hustle is unbelievable. I have never seen a realtor work as hard, as smart, and with as much compassion as she did for me and have seen her do for others.I have referred many of my colleagues and friends to her, and I would implore any strangers reading this review to give her a call or shoot her an e-mail.
