She spoke to us about our wants and non-negotiables and was not pushy at all. That weekend we looked at another home that was having an open house and knew we found our house. We decided to put an offer in and she wrote up the contract so quick and helped us get a lower price than asking and solar panels paid off!! We even had a crazy time with our lenders and she was on top of every situation and handling whatever came her way in the most timely fashion. Without her, I dont think we wouldve continued the process due just to lender frustration. She even answered our calls at night when we were frantic and trying to figure out our plans. Not only did she get a stubborn seller to come down on price, but she ensured that all offers/promises were kept. She tirelessly showed us whatever properties we wanted to see. She has great intuition with respect to finding us exactly what we wanted, even if we didnt even know what we wanted. Shes candid and tells the truth - shes not pushy or salesy. Theres never any pressure with Natalie. She has a chill vibe and totally makes you feel at ease and at home. She knows the area more than locals, as she is one!
