Natalie was the BEST. Clear prompt communication. Easy to work with. Natalie was a great advocate. She helped us sell our near east side/Springdale home that had been on the market for months prior to switching realtors. Highly recommended!

As first-time homebuyers, we couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Natalie! From our first conversation, she supported us every step of the way. When we found a house we loved, she immediately jumped in to help us put in an offer the same day we toured it. She is calm, patient, and always took the time to answer our questions. We are so grateful for her guidance and couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Natalie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and caring realtor!

I found the house of my dreams, despite it looking nothing like my original search parameters and Natalie leveraged her understanding of real estate process, her negotiation skills, and her relationships to ensure I secured the house of my dreams. Now, several years later, she continues to be a resource aEUR" connecting me to the partners that make living in a century + year old home doable. I am so grateful for her as an advocate and friend.

I was informed, after being approved for a rental property and providing the proper documentation for reasonable accommodation for my service animal, that there was a breed restriction for my service animal. I informed the owner, Natalie Clayton, of my rights under the FHA and that I would be filing a complaint with HUD. She then accused me of being aEURoecombativeaEUR?. After she spoke to an attorney, I was informed of an additional $350.00 "cleaning fee" in addition to the security deposit and a $300.00 administrative fee (also not listed on Zillow). I was then sent an incomplete lease without any Rent Amount, Term of Lease nor move-in date mentioned in the document. When I questioned this, I was told that I would need to fill in the appropriate information. The lease I was presented with was a Template not an actual legal and binding Lease Document. I believe the delay in obtaining the lease and the additional non listed fees were retaliation for my request for a reasonable accommodation due to my documented physical impairment. I have all communications between Natalie and myself preserved.
