About Natalie Butler-Megerson

When it comes to making a sound buying or selling decision, whether it be a homestead, investment or commercial property, it's crucial to understand the big picture. I have lived in Central Texas my entire life and my family goes back 6 generations in San Marcos, which is located between Austin and San Antonio. I am a graduate of San Marcos Academy and I have a B.A. in Mass Communication/Advertising from Texas State University. I have been awarded Elite status within REAL Brokerage as an individual agent for 2022 and my team was ranked one of the top teams in Texas with REAL Broker in January 2022. We were nominated for top three best Real Estate Agencies in San Marcos and myself as top three best Real Estate Agents for Best of Hays in 2022 and 2023. I live with my husband and four children in San Marcos, along with many pets. Foster care and adoption, along with animal advocacy are two of my passions in life.
