Our experience with Natalie Bell was the BEST I've ever had in real estate dealings. She is professional, knowledgeable and made the process of buying/selling so easy. We recently sold our small fixer upper in search of something a little newer and bigger. After viewing an open house one Saturday morning we asked her about a couple other homes we had seen on Zillow. She immediately called the agents and got us in to view the homes within 20 minutes! We wound up buying a newly built home and she was so helpful in negotiations. We were unaware that many builders don't include the driveway and final grading/seeding of the home into the price. I would absolutely recommend Natalie Bell to anyone purchasing a home. No matter if it is your first or one of many. As a background we are a younger couple that moved out of a small apartment after five years. We had a modest very well managed budget - and absolutely no clue what we were doing. We had tried a few different agents who wouldnt even speak to us on the phone due to several factors (lack of inexperience, lease was not ending quick enough, our budget, most importantly: not even a bank approval because we couldnt even figure out how to get started in the process). Needless to say Natalie was then recommended to us by a family member who had also purchased a house around the same time with her. We contacted Natalie and she immediately responded. She gave us some pointers on what we needed to do to get the process rolling, and met with us at several houses for viewing before all our ducks were even in a row. As a first time buyer - this was progress and significant!During the 4 months we spent with Natalie we viewed many many homes including her recommendations. She never once made us feel like we were wasting her time. We asked for her opinion at every home (we called it aEURoeRound TableaEUR? and started looking forward to it!). She would point out the positive and the negative of each house. Some Natalie would tell us straight out that it might be a money pit, and not for first timers. She would even go so far as to point out things a first timer might not notice such as the curve of a floor or ceiling and what that might mean in construction. I am a researcher on everything by nature, but I was super impressed with her honesty and integrity. It felt less like trying to make a buck, and more about a learning experience and finding the right home. It only came to light several months after looking that Natalie also deals with clients who can afford our budget ten-fold, and she never once made us feel second rate. Any place we wanted to see she was there. As far as closing and making the offer, she would have the sellers agent on the phone while we were with her either emailing, texting, or calling them to ask the questions. She would be honest and let us know if it would be a day or two before we got an answer. The market started shifting while we were looking - houses went from selling in a week to accepted offers within 24 hours. This is not an exaggeration - some houses we couldnt even view after 24 hours of being on the market because they had sold already. Natalie was honest with us and pushed gently to take advantage of what we had, while we still had it. In the end we found our perfect home, and the offer was placed and accepted within 48 hours. She sat with us and explained all details of the contract, and made suggestions to get the best deal. Including things we could get fixed and a good gage on our Home Warranty. She even recommended in the first month of looking a Mortgage Company after our frustrations with our own banks. Her recommendations were spot on and we had a great experience with them too!I hope she still is selling houses if we decide to expand our family in the future. We would absolutely use her again to sell and buy another home. As of right now, we love this house! The experience is a very fond memory for both of us, thanks to Natalie.
