We bought a home sight unseen with confidence because of the support and expertise of Emily. Were from out of town and had visited and adored the Shelby Park neighborhood in Lousiville for many years. We knew we wanted a lil home there and Emily was able to help make that a reality. She was incredibly communicative, honest, transparent and supportive. For us being afar she did video call virtual tours of homes for us. She found answers to all our little questions and helped make the whole process easy. When it came time to offer she did an incredible comp analysis of the area to make sure we felt confident and comfortable with our offer. She helped negotiate and get us to our asking price. When the inspection came through and we found some minor things need fixing she was able to rapidly find service people nearby she trusts to get fast quotes for the work so we understood the costs associated with the repairs and now well be able to move on those and get things just right!Emily was far beyond our expectations and past experiences with realtors and I look forward to the possibility of buying another home one day so that I could possibly work with Emily again.
