Natalie Aneskavich

Natalie is a second-generation real estate broker and the owner of Lakeland Real Estate, which she launched in Stevens Point in 2015. She provides outstanding customer service to every client by listening to understand their needs and working tirelessly to safeguard their investment. She'll work around their busy schedule, respond quickly day or night, and personally guide them through every step of buying or selling. Through skillful negotiation, attention to detail, and local market expertise, Natalie ensures her clients can buy confidently and sell with success. She has seven years of experience as both a successful agent and managing broker, and she makes sure to keep her skillset sharp through formal education as well. She earned multiple designations through the National Association of REALTORS®, including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) & Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and an e-PRO® certification. In addition to those designations, she also earned her MBA from UW Stevens Point.
