ZillowVERIFIEDNatalie was an amazing broker, she was very responsive and answered all my questions about the property including giving me an licensed inspection report. She understood that the house needed work and understood my position on my offer and respected everyone's time by explaining the sellers situation and next steps. She didn't play the usual back and forth and I didn't feel pressured on my offer, overall it was refreshing to experience a rather straight forward negotiation.
