My partner and I had been through several buyers agents during our search for our first house/investment property, before we met Natalia at an open house in DT Jersey City. Although we did not express interest in that particular house, she seemed to know the Jersey City/Hoboken area very well and was very kind and knowledgeable. We met with her a few more times to see other properties over the course of a few months around JC/Hoboken/JSQ and she was very helpful during the whole home searching process. She was never late to an appointment and always knew who to contact and what questions to ask -- a huge difference in comparison to the other agents we had worked with who had forgotten keys, been 30-40mins late to appointments, and failed to find out much about the property and rent/comps. She explained to us how the whole home search process works, from putting in an offer to closing, and provided insight on many things about flood zones, historic requirements, renovations, comps in the area, etc. We put in 3 offers through her, and with each offer, she was always readily available for questions and communication with the other parties. Whatever questions we threw at her, she made sure to respond within a reasonable time frame.We finally closed on a house in the JSQ area a week ago after almost 6 months of searching and we're really happy with our experience with Natalia. I don't think that things would have went very smoothly without her guiding us the whole way. We highly recommend her for the whole home buying process, especially if it's your first time!! We would definitely work with her again if the opportunity arises.

Natalia is the most patient person I know. As a very demanding customer, who also wanted to learn about the local market and explore different options and venues, she made sure all of my needs are met, despite me changing my mind a number of times. We first came across Natalias profile on Zillow in the winter of 2021. At the time, we were not sure what and where we wanted to live. We were considering all options from Hoboken and Jersey City to Connecticut. We needed a knowledgeable and patient agent who would be on top of the process, have good relationships with all the listing agents (since we were still in the sellers market at the time) but not pushy. We also needed our agent to be accommodating to our lifestyle. With a little baby, there were some logistical challenges where Natalia had to show the same place to me and my wife on separate days or to preview it for us herself and, thus, eliminate or confirm our need to see it. She handled all of that beautifully and we never once felt rushed. By citing pros and cons of every block in Jersey City and Hoboken, Natalia helped us narrow down our choices. One time, she drove by our potentially new place blasting radio in her car so that we could assess the quality of soundproofing inside our top pick. Another time she walked by the windows of the unit we liked pretending to loudly speak to someone and we noticed that we could hear her inside and ultimately decided against that purchase. When we finally settled on the unit we liked, she helped negotiate a great price and mitigate a huge disaster the day before closing when the sellers removed all the furniture, under which the new floors were discolored. Somehow, the tracked down the listing agent on the beach in Spain and insisted that his seller pays for a complete floor aEURoedo overaEUR? and provided an available floor contractor in a manner of hours. We could not be happier with Natalia!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Natalia, who helped us with selling out apartment in Jersey City. She is intimately familiar with the city and its real estate market, and guided us to a competitive ask price than enabled us to quickly find a seller. She was extremely responsive and detail-oriented, as well as determined to help us sell. Case in point, we put our apartment on the market soon after COVID hit. To assist us, Natalia put together a You Tube video tour of the building and unit, a 3-D view of the apartment and created a "dollhouse" layout so that interested buyers could get the best sense possible of the space without going there. However, she also hosted open houses for us, abiding by COVID regulations. Even after the deal was made, she continued to respond quickly to any concerns or questions we had, checked on the apartment since we weren't nearby to make sure everything was in order, and when a deal almost fell through due to a mistake by our building's management company, she was the one who was tenacious about finding out what the issue was, enabling the deal with the buyer to get back on track. Very professional and friendly, we cannot recommend her enough!
