When we first connected to Naseem via an out-of-state referral, I was pleasantly surprised to see an all-star rating on zillow. Although skeptical at first, I can totally vouch now that her work ethic with her clients best interests in mind really speaks for itself (and the said rating). She had been an amazing guiding force right from us moving to Silicon Valley from Arizona, navigating the complexities of the Bay Area housing, understanding the ins and outs of the mortgage processing, and just simply having a reassuring chat every now and then. All I can say is you are in safe hands when you are working with Naseem, as you'd be hard pressed to find somebody in your corner who is super capable yet compassionate to your needs and agonies. Let's face it, house-buying is nerve-racking process and Naseem makes it all the more enjoyable as you develop a mutually respectful, beneficial and lasting relationship with her. We worked intensely for 4-5 months on a home purchase, and she helped us in every step of the way, even when things looked bleak, and above all prevented us from making bad decisions at the spur of the moment. We were amazed by her attention to detail when she made sure she read the fine print when closing, and held the seller accountable on every word aEUR" not something that she needed to do. Naseem is an amazing person and an absolute genius realtor. If you want someone to really guide you through the home buying process then Naseem is the best person. She took the time to genuinely understand our requirements and worked tirelessly to get us our new home. She kept an eye out for new listings which met our criteria and came to show the listing quickly.One of the great qualities (apart from keen knowledge of real estate) of Naseem is that she is very honest and verbal. She will point out the issues with house, location etc which new homebuyers like me will very easily not notice and overlook. Nevertheless these issues can bring down the property value during resale. She has great understanding of the market and will be able to indicate the right value of the property keeping the competition in mind. This is another extremely useful skill to buy a house in this highly competitive market in order to avoid overpaying which can potentially lead to lower appraisal value. She is very responsive and was always available to answer our questions no matter how basic they were. She guided us even after the home buying process was over with home improvement ideas.
