When Naomi came to our initial meeting she had done a detailed market analysis and thoroughly explained how she calculated our homes value. She is extremely thorough during the listing process. Prior to the listing photos Naomi brought a professional stager to the house to advise us how to make the house as appealing as possible. The marketing was impeccable. Professional floor plans were created. Professional photos. And, a beautiful video. Her communication throughout the entire selling process was transparent and timely. She was very patient and reassuring as I had a lot of anxiety about selling. Within a month of listing our home with Naomi we had an offer and closed less than a month later. Naomi was awesome in all aspects of the process. We made the decision in April 2019 to move back home to Middle TN from Chicago. My sister immediately started going to open houses to help us find the right home. She gave my number to every realtor she met. I began getting multiple calls a day. At the time we didn't not know where we wanted to be or when we would be moving as we still needed to sell our home in Chicago. Naomi is the only one that continued to call and email with helpful information without knowing anything about us. As a sales person, I respected the fact she never stopped calling. We began touring homes with Naomi in May and each time we would come into town until we moved in November of that year. In Spring 2020, it was clear we would have to build a custom home to truly get all that we wanted in our forever home. Naomi pivoted to find us the right area, lot, builder, etc. Fall 2020 we found the right location and went under contract with a builder. For the next 27 MONTHS, Naomi worked tirelessly to remove obstacles, assist in navigating complex requirements, non standard contract and business practices from the builder, keeping her eye out for other options should this journey take a turn at any moment. In January 2023 we moved into our dream home. This would not have happened without Naomi's expertise, patience and grace. She made us feel as though we were her only client. She is invaluable to our family and has become a forever friend and advisor. We are eternally grateful she never gave up on us after almost 4 YEARS of working tirelessly to make sure we found and love our forever home.
