Nani is Les' eldest daughter and as one of the Owners of the Team, she is passionate about the growth of the Team and thrives as our Listing Partner. Noni got us 2 competing buyers in the 6 days after listing. The ensuing bidding war ended up getting us 5% over asking price. There are 3 identical houses ranging from 5000 below our price to 5000 above . on the street too, ours sold for the same amount and 12 months faster than them. We went from listing to over asking price offer accepted in 6 days. Total time from listing to closing was 30 Days. Super low stress too, Noni and her assistant Amity were very helpful with providing paperwork that needed signed , and wereAvailable for after hours help(we had moved out of state and thus time zones were an issue). I have only ever used 2 realtors in my life one to buy this house and it wasnt easy, and one to sell this house and it was EASY. I would absolutely go with Noni Palmer again as my realator.

Nani did a great job for us. She was very knowledgeable and could answer any question or concern we had. She was also compassionate when we expressed sorrow and doubt about selling our home.
