Tue 1/28/2020 7:25 AM I will never forget the feeling of relief I had the day I met Nancye Hancock. After a series of life challenges, I found myself having to make a decision to walk away from a house I used to call home for over twenty years. I knew that I wanted to sell the house, and that if I could, it would be a short sale. After a great deal of misinformation and time and energy to figure out what I needed to do to achieve this, I was given the contact info of an agent from a friend at work. This agent referred me to Nancye, as she was the most knowledgeable agent within the office whom had a wealth of experience handling this kind of sale. Nancye promptly met with myself and my husband and toured the property. She explained the process very well and made sure I understood that a short sale was usually a tedious and lengthy process, which proved to be very much the case. Throughout the entire process, I was amazed at how little I needed to do and how much Nancye accomplished to get and keep the process going and exceed my expectations. It is rare to find a professional that treats you in a way that you forget you are not their only client, is driven to get results despite obstacles, and provides a service with meticulous attention to detail.
