Cinder showed me a home in Speedway. I had already fell in love with it from the pictures. I was pretty much convinced I was going to buy it. After the walk through I had to obtain another pre approval and she got me in touch with a lender and before midnight struck that same day, I was preapproved and my purchase agreement was complete and signed by me. I did my walk through at four pm. The previous owners signed it before noon the next day. If there was something going on, she was on top of it! Excellent communication between me and her kept things moving very quickly and flawlessly. With the home being in such great shape, there was really no negotiating. But I'm confident if we would have had to do so, it probably would have been just as flawless as the rest of my experience in purchasing this home. There were some other facets to the sale that told me inside how right this home was for me. I would not hesitate to work with Cinder and Nancy again if I needed a real estate team. Cinder is very personable and sweet. I highly recommend working with these ladies, it will definitely take the stress out of purchasing your next home.
