My spouse was in a fatal auto accident just 3 days before we were scheduled to close on our out of state home and begin the move to FL. I was under a contingent contract to buy a Brevard County home prior to my husband's accident but the house had a lot of issues. It was very challenging for Nancy & Pamela to work things out with the other realtor & the seller, however, they were in my corner every step of the way. Highly, highly recommend!!!
