ZillowVERIFIEDAfter months and months of working with another realtor and little success, we changed to Nancy, who we met during an open house. In the few minutes we spoke with her she educated us more on buying a house than our realtor had in months and we had remembered this months later when we were at our wit's end trying to navigate the crazy market. As soon as we made the switch we were educated on the market and immediately we had made the right decision. Nancy helped us win our first bid with her (after multiple failed attempts with our previous agent!) and remained extremely helpful during each step of the closing process. When we went to move in, the previous owners/their real estate agent failed to have the lawn properly mowed (it was knee-deep) so Nancy worked with the selling agent to secure a mower. The mower the selling agent hired did a terrible job so Nancy showed up to our new home at 5:00 pm on closing day with her personal bagged mower and weedwhacker and re-mowed and detailed our lawn by herself- and it looked amazing! Never in a million years would our previous realtor have done this and the selling agent didn't seem to care about this either. She is simply the best in the area and you will not find a better, more educated, more experienced, and caring realtor than Nancy. I will always recommend her and always utilize her for all realtor needs.
