We had a very bad experience with the first offer which the client try to stall the process on getting a loan from the bank on specially listed list of repairs which want us to fix it. She handled the other agent very professionally and ended that deal. On the second offer, she handled it very well and smoothly as usual. And we have closed the escrow even much earlier than expected. Also She is Always available when you need her even at the middle of the night and wanted to discuss some of the problem that I had encountered with.
