Nancy Lamb sold my house and property only a few months after I listed with her. The house had previously been on the market for 2 years. Nancy priced it right and got the job done. She went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I live a long way from the house, and Nancy arranged and scheduled all of the things that had to be taken care of. She did a great job keeping me informed of what was going on and what was needed to get the house sold. I greatly appreciated all her hard work.
