Nancy just helped us buy our first home. With it being out first time she was great with answering any questions we had, or pointing us in the right direction to find answers. There were some complications with the sellers which she was always up front about, and she was good about letting us know what next steps to expect, so we never felt left in the dark. The only thing I wish our side would have been more firm on is holding some money in escrow for damages/cleaning because our house was left an absolute mess, which led to us having to dish out more money for cleaning services before we could even begin moving in. All in all working with Nancy was a very pleasant experience. I'm not sure how realtors are assigned when you schedule to look through houses on Zillow, but I'm glad she was picked for us back when we first started looking. I highly recommend her.
