Finally purchased an amazing property after working with Nancy for over 18 months. Since day one Nancy has provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. Our experience began back in 2019 where I had inquired on a foreclosure which Nancy happen to be the listing agent for the home. After deciding to pursue with submitting an offer we ended up waiting roughly 10 months only to find out the seller had legal issues that were pending. During the 10 months Nancy was always making sure to keep me updated on any new developments no matter how small. After waiting for so long I finally decided to retract my offer and keep Nancy as my agent. Based on my input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Nancy would provide daily listings of properties that closely matched those needs/wants and even provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. Most important to me personally, Nancy was always honest about what she thought about each property and was always available and helpful. We felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, she is still keeping tabs on us to make sure we are continuing to have a great home buying experience. In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely seek out Nancy again to both sell our home and find a new one.

Very knowlegable and on top of all aspects of the transaction. The property we purchased was viewed at 12:30 pm and we wanted to submit a bid. Nancy contacted listing agent and found out bids were being accepted til 5pm that day. Property was on market 2 days. Nancy did all paperwork in few hours and we met and signed papers and bid was submitted. Multiple bids were opened at 5pm and at 6:30 pm we were notified our bid was accepted. We were so happy! Nancy is very easy to work with. She's not overbearing with sales pressure which is a turnoff for me and was a reason I stopped using my prior agents. She communicates very efficiently and is proactive in getting the information that I requested. We took more than 6 months to finally find a property that fit my criteria and she was extremely patient with me the entire process. Nancy was also very accommodating with my schedule.
