Nancy Bergman

Nancy understands what it is like to be a client. Relocating several times...buying and selling her own properties...Nancy is sensitivity towards her clients' journey. Prior to getting her real estate license, Nancy had a long career in Broadcasting, specializing in media research and promotion in Arizona, Florida and Northern California. She can explain how a TV station operates, and tell you some crazy behind the scene stories in a busy newsroom. In 2007, as a hobby, Nancy began remodeling her own home which sparked an interest in construction. Later, she learned every aspect of building a house to be an "owner- builder", and having two very young children running around a construction zone house. Then in late 2009, Nancy decided to become an investor / property manager. She bought MAJOR fixers to rehabbed and turned into rentals. Since then she has been managing four personal rental properties. Nancy is a huge volunteer at her kids' schools. She serves on the Elk Ridge Middle School PTSA in the Jordan School District. Before moving to Salt Lake City, Nancy served on the Educational Foundation at Black Mountain Middle School and organized the annual Fall Festival. A community event that raises over $50,000 for the school. She was also awarded the Volunteer of the Year at Black Mountain Middle School for the 2018/2019 school year.
