I had the privilege and honor of working with Nancy Andreason of Coldwell Banker Realty to sell my late brothers condominium during probate. After probate started, I received a lot of voicemails from people offering their services. I dont live in the area and I didnt know any Realtors there. With her vast knowledge and experience Nancy provided me with the contacts for an amazing cleanup crew and a home insurance broker, both of whom I ended up using. After listing the property and receiving an offer, we discovered the condominium complexs HOA had major issues that made securing conventional financing extremely difficult for the buyer. This led to several delays and what felt like stalling by the lender. During the delays I would feel that maybe it would not close, but Nancy always stayed positive and confident that it would. Nancy did an exceptional job of keeping the sale moving forward when it seemed like it was slowing. She kept close contact with the buyers agent, escrow officer, and the buyers lender during the entire process. Nancy always kept me informed of any updates her optimism was always reassuring. As we finally neared closing, she began calling it the aEURoeMaEUR|aEUR|.. Miracle!aEUR? a nod to the hurdles, the stress, and the testing of our patience that we had to overcome.
