We had a difficult time with an agent we were using and a friend referred us to Nahed to see what an agent can do for us . Nahed got to work right away and within a month with Nahed we hit Escrow ! When you look for an agent dont just go to any agent , some see it as a 9-5 job (which is ok if thats what they wish to do ) but Nahed has herself or somebody on her team always available to accommodate our needs and OUR SCHEDULE ! . You can ask as many questions as you wish and theyll guide you through the entire process that seems complicated outside looking in . If youre looking for an agent thats going to close the house you desire , that cant be just any agent , you need a Nahed AGENT by your side .
