I couldn't have had a better realtor than Myssie. She presented a well-documented assessment of the house and property I was selling. She kept me well informed about the sale of my mom's house, since I do not live in the Valley. Upon my return back to the Valley, she had already several offers. She explained in detail those offers but it was totally my decision on what to do. I felt no pressure from her and when I needed information about the sale, she promptly returned my calls. There some "bumps" in selling the house but Myssie quickly ironed those out. She really knows the rules and regulations of real estate. It was a delightful pleasure in working with her. She is the one to go in selling or buying real estate. We closed on the date it was scheduled. A side note: her dad played as my piano accompaniment in high school when I performed my musical solo almost 60 years ago. It's a small world!
