Myriam was our realtor for our first home purchase and she was exceptional! Very professional, organized, responsive, and selfless with her time. She has a deep understanding of the market, home buying process, and strong network. She took the time to coach us along the way in an a challenging (seller's) market, exploring all options (wide range of towns, newbuild, secondary sales, etc.). Myriam explained everything very thoroughly, answering all of our questions. In addition to being very aware of the market, she quickly understood what we were looking for. My wife and I are based in NYC and visiting NJ to look for houses wasn't always easy to do; Myriam would visit open houses on our behalf and send us videos which was hugely beneficial in making our search efficient. When she showed us a house, it was in line with what we were looking for (i.e., we didn't waste time seeing properties that we wouldn't like bc she quickly understood what we were looking for and pre-screened accordingly). She guided us through the bidding process and was always very transparent in communicating with us what she felt was fair value (e.g., running comps for us which helped us strategize our approach to making an offer). Ultimately, we found our dream home and she was a HUGE part of the success. Overall, I would (and will) recommend her to everyone. She's the best!

Myriam is an exceptional realtor. She was immensely helpful to us when we bought a 2-family property and then found tenants for one of the units almost immediately. Myriam made the buying process so much easier - she offered relevant listings, did due diligence about each one, and advised us well throughout the process. We were away during the home inspection and she coordinated all of the meetings with a number of contractors on our behalf, and made it possible for us to focus on our family while we were away. She is incredibly responsive, timely, and on top of everything. She also has tremendous empathy and is very easy going. We had a great experience with her and we highly recommend her!
