Our personal experience with Mustafa and his team have been nothing but positive. I was a little apprehensive going with a realtor that I didn't know personally, but I figured if it wasn't a good fit we could just try someone else. Luckily, we didn't have to. From the very beginning of our interactions Mustafa was attentive, professional and responsive. The market is extremely competitive and aggressive these days and he was able to match that climate. Mustafa made sure we were viewing homes within hours of interest because that is how fast homes are going under contract in our area! He was always available and kind. By that evening we had our offer submitted, along with maybe six offers from others. Mustafa offered his advice on an offer price and we all agreed. The sellers took their time to decide which offer to accept. Mustafa was in contact with their realtor during the wait and advocating for our family, all while keeping us updated along the way. We never felt like we weren't informed about what's going on and our questions were always answered. The sellers decided to accept our offer and I am writing this review from my dream home! It's still hard to believe that our offer was accepted but I truly know that Mustafa was 100% invested in my family's home journey. Beyond the sale he has always answered our emails, calls and questions. I can fully recommend Mustafa and his team to my friends and family. We did not feel like a business transaction, it was like dealing with a friend. Thank you, Mustafa! We love our home!
